We always wrap your treasures in our signature pink & green, and deliver with the utmost care. We will be shipping every day until Wednesday 23rd December 2025 and last shipping day of the year is 27th December 2025. We will reopen shipping on 5th January 2026.

As all orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express Worldwide, please take note of the following recommended cut-off dates to give your jewels the best chance of arriving before Christmas:

UK Domestic (DHL Express):
Please place your order by Tuesday 22nd December 2025 for delivery before 25th December.

Europe (EU & Non-EU):
Please place your order by Thursday 18th December 2025.

United States & Canada:
Please place your order by Thursday 18th December 2025.

Australia & Rest of World:
These destinations require a little more time. Please place your order by Monday 15th December 2025.

• Duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout

• Your parcel arrives prepaid, with no surprise customs bills

What DDP means:
Delivered Duty Paid = we handle all import duties and taxes upfront, so your order arrives cleared through customs with nothing extra to pay.

This means your parcel arrives with no surprise duty bills on delivery

If any duty is charged in error, simply send us the invoice and we will reimburse you immediately

✨ Antique pieces (over 100 years old) remain exempt from US duty but not the 10% import duty sadly.
